New state-of-the-art convenience store

The Austin Wellness Center is a multi-tenant medical office building in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood. The two-story facility provides a satellite primary health care center that is part of the Cook County Ambulatory and Community Health Network as well as a private hemodialysis center located on the second floor. The dialysis center and support offices are accessible through the main building entrance.

The rectilinear carved form of the building is located at the southeast corner, which provides the building with its unique shape. The entry to the plaza creates a welcoming public space at a busy street intersection.
